Depending on the role you applied to, your first interview will either be with our HR Manager or with the most senior team member from the team you applied to. Depending on your seniority, a range of interviews might follow, usually with another senior member of the applicable team.
After that an interview with one of our cross-working group members, and lastly, an interview with one or both of our founders. We may also ask you to meet with some of our investors.
In some cases, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment to gauge your abilities. This is the case for junior, mid-level, and senior higher. For strategic roles, we fairly remunerate time spent on challenges if unsuccessful in the hiring process.
We'll make a decision based on the results of the interviews and assessments and provide you with an offer if you're a fit for the role.
