Fund early stage research ideas
Funders can discover research projects, perform due diligence, and contribute to them in exchange for Seed tokens, which provide access to a private project discussion.
Bring in the Experts
Experts are invited to collaborate and develop the ideas into viable research programs, and receive Seed tokens as compensation for their contributions.
Negotiation
When the fundraising goal is reached, Catalyst facilitates the negotiation between the researcher's institution & the funders. Funders vote with their Seed tokens to approve or deny the terms of the agreement.
Tokenization and Allocation
Once the research agreement is finalized, tokens are distributed to the funders, and the researcher receives the funding. Funders use their tokens to access project information and participate in project governance as the research progresses.
